An established and growing ambulatory surgery center located in Arizona is seeking a Director of Nursing to oversee its clinical operations. Our facility provides the highest quality outpatient care in a state-of-the-art medical facility. The position is responsible for overseeing and managing daily clinical activities, supervision of clinical employees, preparing staffing schedules, and determining and maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, previous experience in management, have a current state license, and understanding of regulatory and clinical issues, and processes of the operating room, pre-op, PACU, and endoscopy suite.
