Provide care to a specific patient population; obtains health history; performs physical examination; formulates a plan of care and performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Maintain an advanced knowledge base and skill in health promotion and maintenance, disease prevention, physical psychosocial assessment, patient family education and management of health and illness in the care of neonates and their family members. The individual in the job provides direct patient care to Neonate-Toddlers 0-3 years </p>
