An established and growing ambulatory surgery center located in Arizona is seeking a Director of Nursing to oversee its clinical operations. Our facility provides the highest quality outpatient care in a state-of-the-art medical facility. The position is responsible for overseeing and managing daily clinical activities, supervision of clinical employees, preparing staffing schedules, and determining and maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, previous experience in management, have a current state license, and understanding of regulatory and clinical issues, and processes of the operating room, pre-op, PACU, and endoscopy suite.

Perform duties to oversee and manage the functions of the quality improvement program for the assigned state, providing support to staff and communicating with department and plan administrative staff to facilitate daily department functions.
